As a result of recent laws ratified by the UK Parliament and which came into effect on 15th December 2007, our company is now obliged to take and verify customer ID from any client who uses our services more than once. We emphasise that this law applies without exception to all Money Transfer companies based in the UK.
We therefore require that, if you wish to utilise our services more than once, you must forward to us identifying documents that confirm your identity and also your home address.
Please send us a copy of your passport or driving licence together with a utility bill, bank or credit card statement (sent to you within the last 3 months) in order to confirm your address. These can be scanned, digitally photographed or photocopied. You must also ask a responsible person (not related) to sign the documents with the following statement; ‘this is a true copy of the original document’. They need to sign it along with name, address and an official stamp (if they have one). This can be done by your boss, the bank, the post office, a minister, a nurse or a Doctor etc etc. You should then re-scan them (with signatures) and email them or post them to us at the given address.
You have our complete assurance that the information contained in these documents will remain confidential in our files; the documents will not be disclosed to any third party, as laid out in the Data Protection Act, 1998, to which we subscribe.
- Once we have received your forms we will notify you by email of where to deposit your funds – you can then deposit funds in our account. You can deposit funds via the following methods: Online Transfer (please put your name as the reference for the transfer); Cash, Cheque. Please notify us how the transaction is done, alternatively fax/post us a copy of your deposit slip.
- NB. Please note that cash will clear the same day, cheques and online transfers take from 3 – 5 working days to clear into our account.
- Fees: GBP 8.00 per transaction. Please be advised that there are no other charges apart from the £8 transfer charge.
